Bank of the Arch

Bank of the Arch

This bank is a replica of the one in Valley Forge National Park in Pennsylvania. Cast in a local foundry, this is an example of an 1800's "still" bank, commemorating the 1997 re-dedication of the Arch to the American people by the Freemasons of Pennsylvania, in honor of George Washington and the soldiers of the Continental Army who endured the winter encampment at that site in 1777- 1778.
The bank measures 4 by 5 inces and unscrews to release coins.
