Issued in 1987 by R.W.P.G.M. Carl Stenberg, Jr. The front reads "Constitutional Convention, Independence Hall
1787 - 1987". Front and back are embossed with Independenc Hall; the back also contains the seal of the Grand Lodge of Pennsylvania.
